Each session consists of a number of exercises for you to complete. The exercises involve thinking about and planning the pursuit of your goals. Most of the exercises ask you to answer certain questions that are designed to lead you through the stages of goal planning. After you have completed these exercises, it will be useful to refer back to them during later stages of the program. most of the issues addressed, such as overcoming obstacles and breaking down goals into manageable steps, are ongoing issues that you will want to remain aware of throughout the program and, hopefully, throughout your life.
