I am immensely proud and excited to tell you about what our newest faculty member has achieved.

Pictured here with her Academic Advisor Dr Stephen Goss (Director of Studies and Principal Lecturer at the Metanoia Institute) and Middlesex University Link tutor to Metanoia  Dr David Westley.

(drum roll…..)

Dr Jeanette Hennigan, Specialist in online therapy for schools, children and young people, and Lead Tutor at the Online Therapy Institute for our Certified Cyber Therapist (Children and Young People) course.

Jeanette’s doctorate is DPsych (Professional Studies) with her seminal thesis:

Online counselling in Schools as an adjunct to face-to-face provision: Exploration of pupils’ experiences and comparison of effectiveness of working in different modalities.

You can train with Dr Hennigan at the Online Therapy Institute – our course now includes an experiential live text-based (email and chatroom) case study module with a client!

May we also take this opportunity to wish you a happy holiday period, however you celebrate it (or don’t).
