How do I register for a course?
Once you have paid for your course (see course menu) we will register you and send your login information to you. This can take up to 2 business days following your purchase.
If you have forgotten your course login please email info@onlinetherapyinstitute.com
Which internet browsers are supported for use with DigitalChalk?
We have gone to great lengths to ensure complete compatibility of our learning system with certain internet browsers therefore, DigitalChalk currently supports product functionality within Internet Explorer(version 6+), Firefox and Safari. Other browsers may or may not have full functionality.
How can I review the course content once I have completed the test(s)?
- After logging in, click on the “My Gradebook” tab
- Click on “view grades” for course you want to review at the far right of your screen.
- The next screen will allow you to review any portion of the course you like including reviewing your test results and the correct answers.
When I click the play button the lesson will not start, is my computer compatable with DigitalChalk?
DigitalChalk requires the Flash plugin version 9 or higher to be installed on the users computer for proper lesson functionality. If you would like to download the latest version of the Flash plugin please visit http://www.adobe.com and download the appropriate flash player for your computer. Additionally, we have gone to great lengths to ensure complete compatibility of our learning system with certain internet browsers therefore, DigitalChalk currently supports product functionality within Internet Explorer(version 6 & greater) and Firefox only. We are working to expand product support for additional browsers in future releases.
